Burning Thoughts
It’s been awhile so let’s get to it…
Congrats to the New Orleans Saints and their fans on their first Super Bowl championship. What a game. The onside kick was a gutsy call and it changed the momentum of the game. Both quarterbacks played well but Tracy Porter’s read on the pick 6 was perfect. Enjoy it New Orleans…
Speaking of enjoying New Orleans, I went to Mardi Gras the following weekend. I heard “Who Dat!” about every 30 seconds and I noticed a few Saints shirts…But unfortunately not many shirts came off since it was freezing. Definitely disappointed in the lack of boobage but overall an awesome experience…

Oh Tiger Woods…you just don’t get it. He’s always been robotic and came off like a sincerely sorry person but did it with the smug arrogance of entitlement that he clamored about in his apology. He just needs to get back to what he does best…Pulling out a wood and putting from the rough…
Anybody else getting into Curling?…
It’s fitting that the day before the 30th Anniversary of the Miracle on Ice the USA Men’s hockey team rose to the occasion and defeated Canada for the first time in Olympic competition in 50 years in their backyard. I’m not sure if they’ll come away with Gold but they’ll definitely be playing for a medal this weekend while favorites Canada and Russia will be face each other in the quarterfinals guaranteeing to shut one country out of medal…
I don’t care if you don’t like hockey but it’s obvious a lot of people got into USA-Canada last night. If you’re starting to find the sport entertaining I highly encourage watching the Stanley Cup playoffs where this intensity is every night…
Oh and Canada do you see yourselves winning 4 games in 6 days? Pressure…
